Unless you live right next store to or directly above a bookstore, you probably wish you could spend more time around your local indie. This is especially true if you’ve ever relocated and find yourself missing your favorite bookshop.
And, if you’re like any book-lover I’ve ever met, you probably also wish you could stay on top of all of your favorite booksellers’ recommendations.
Good news, book nerds! Have you heard the gospel of book subscription services?
Basically, booksellers (or other word enthusiasts) with excellent taste curate the titles they’re most excited about, and they send them in a neat little package of love directly to your door.
Politics & Prose and Book Riot offer two of the subscription services I’ve been dying to try, and now another contender joins the fray: Kramerbooks!
You may choose a 6- or 12-month subscription to PostScript (or give one to a friend! Hi friend!), and in return you’ll receive a paperback, usually fiction, each month–in addition to sweet Kramer swag. What’s not to love?
